When Michael and I were in our early years of dating, I would go on trips with his family for Thanksgiving and summer trips to West Virginia and I spent time with his cousins! “Bri-Bri” was so little! He’s the youngest of all of the cousins and it’s crazy to think that he’s old enough to be getting MARRIED! He’s actually older than we were when we got married!! We have known Shannon for years and we were THRILLED when we heard that Brian had proposed because we always hoped that would happen!!!
We’re thrilled that Shannon is going to be an official member of the family and we can’t wait for their wedding next year!! These two have been together for years and they couldn’t be a cuter match!! Because of our crazy season of life and their busy work schedules, we haven’t gotten to spend as much time together as we would like these past few years! The last time Brian saw Evy, she was a baby and threw up all over him and I really want them to meet again so that she can redeem that last encounter!! Ha! While life may be busy and crazy, what’s amazing about a family member getting married is that everyone stops and clears their schedule to celebrate!! We can’t wait for this family reunion and celebration!! It’s going to be beautiful!!! We’re thrilled that we get to be the ones to capture this special day! Enjoy my (many) favorites!!!!
As a professional photographer, I’ve had the privilege of capturing countless family portraits over the years. Each session presents a unique set of challenges, from managing energetic children to finding the perfect backdrops.
As a photographer, I’ve often found myself in situations where the location seemed lackluster or uninspiring. It’s easy to get caught up in the pursuit of the perfect setting, but the reality is that we don’t always have the luxury of shooting in the most visually stunning locations.
We rescheduled this shoot with the Smith family once because of a threat of rain. It wasn’t a totally horrible forecast but if there’s one thing that I learned about Colleen when I photographed her wedding, it’s that she loves the GLOW!
What’s better than doing a family session for one KJ couple? Photographing TWO and adding in Nonna and Grandpa!
As a professional wedding photographer, I’ve encountered my fair share of editing challenges on the job.
Have you ever closed out of Lightroom unhappy with the end result?
