As long as you are an active All Access member, you will have access to all of your videos as they are released! This means that you can watch and re-watch shoots and weddings as needed!
You CAN cancel at anytime, just send us an email to katelyn@katelynjames.com. There is no contract or long-term commitment. If you do choose to cancel you will no longer have access to the episodes in your library. Access to the episodes only remains available to ACTIVE members, similar to a Netflix or Gym Membership... as long as you are paying your monthly fee to have access, you will continue to receive new content and be able to view the episodes already granted to you! If you choose to cancel and then rejoin at a later date, your previous content will be reactivated in your membership at that time. If you are an annual pass, there is no partial/pro-rated refund if you choose to cancel. You will have access until your renewal date and then your cancellation will take place and access will be revoked.

Yes, active KJ All Access members have exclusive access to the entire vault of episodes! These episodes will remain accessible as long as your membership remains active. (if you are in the 5 day trial, you will also have access to the vault of episodes during the trial.)
You will not need to download the video files in order to access them. You will simply be able to log in and view your videos online. However, you will need an adequate internet connection to allow the videos to load so you can watch them!
All Access membership are nonrefundable or exchangeable since you will have access to the content. However, you can cancel at anytime without penalty by emailing our team.
