As soon as you see David and Rochelle, you’ll remember them from their engagement session last fall, one of my all time favorite e-sessions! I remember telling them back in November that it seems like June was SO FAR away! Well, the time flew by. It kinda makes me nervous how fast 10.10.10 will be here! I have so much to do!

Anyway, I knew from the very first time I met David and Rochelle that this wedding was going to be a special one. Their love for each other, for the Lord and for their families is so apparent. Because both David and Rochelle have such gentle and sweet spirits, it’s easy to fall in love with them. You could just tell that their family and friends absolutely adore them and they were so excited to celebrate their big day. When I first arrived I met Rochelle’s mom, working hard to set up the ceremony site. I then met a family friend who was directing traffic, trying desperately to fit 150 cars in one driveway. The house was filled with grandparents, aunts, uncles, bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents and a ton of lifelong friends all running around, making David and Rochelle’s day everything they dreamed it would be. It was beautiful. Hot, but beautiful!

As Rochelle made her way over the wooden bridge with her dad by her side, David’s face was priceless. He smiled through the tears and he never took his eyes off of her until she was right beside him. The ceremony was so peaceful and focused on the Lord. There is no doubt in my mind that David and Rochelle are going to have an incredible marriage and new life together. I couldn’t be happier for them and I feel so blessed to have been a part of their big day! David and Rochelle, you’re awesome! Thank you for trusting me to capture some of the happiest moments of your life! Congratulations and enjoy your tropical honeymoon!

Saw the flowers and I knew it was going to be a good day! They were beautiful!
These next two images are so similar but I couldn’t choose which one… so I posted both.
This is a quick shot of the ceremony. Their ceremony and reception took place on family owned property right on Lake Anna. This land has been in Rochelle’s family for decades and has been a part of her life since she was little! I love that. It made me excited for 10.10.10! You can tell in the shot of the ceremony location that it was on an island! SO COOL!
This is by far one of my favorite shots of the entire day!
David and Rochelle did something I have never seen before during their ceremony. They turned around and both read letters that they had written to their parents, thanking them for their love, their example in their own marriages and for supporting them. I cried. I barely know them but I cried. It was such a sweet part of their ceremony.
My good friend (and past bride!) Lauryn second shot for me and we had a blast! …. It was hott… But we had a blast. She is SUCH a good sport and so encouraging. I could talk to her for hours! Be sure to check out some of her BEAUTIFUL images from the day on her blog! I love seeing different perspectives! Here is a little action shot:)
Yea Rochelle! You look goooood girl!
Look at this cutie!!! haha He was just sitting there, waiting for his family portraits:)
I told them to “Go crazy!” and they WENT CRAZY! Love the groomsman in the back and her brother Brandon on the far right. Too funny!
Look at that neat Lemonade fountain! and the adorable Redhead.
Last but not least, here’s a quick shot of the “Ultimate Man Challenge”. 10-15 guys stripped down to bathing suits and boxers and swam across the lake! That’s a first for me! It was a super fun wedding and I was so honored to be there! Congrats David and Rochelle!!
