A LOT has happened in 2022! Some things that we expected and others that threw us a curveball.. but I want to take a look back to see what worked well for us and what didn’t work so well!
Year end reviews can be SO helpful to get different ideas on what has or hasn’t worked in your business! SO I’ll dive right in to what our life looked like in 2022 and what did/ didn’t work for us!
With growing our family and 3 kids under 5, I have scaled back on the weddings/ family sessions I have taken on! This was a huge win for us. Right now, our business is 90% online education and 10% shooting! Sometimes it is necessary to scale back.
It can be so easy to look at a bad outcome and call it quits, but sometimes all you need is a pivot!
But there are sometimes that you do need to realize something didn’t work for you and how to change it!! So let’s dive in to that..
