I’m all about the easy way. The closer our wedding comes, the more I want one of those buttons… ya know, the “Easy” buttons. I want to hit it and all of a sudden ALL the decisions are made and all of the thank you notes are DONE! ughhh…. Thank you notes! You gotta do them! And I want to… I really do! I want to thank EVERYONE who has been a part of this celebration so far! I couldn’t do any of this without the help of my family and friends. However, I would much rather thank them by giving them a HUGGGGGE hug and exclaiming how much I appreciate them! There are two problems with this…
….1. Not every would appreciate the huge hug and 2. It’s not the proper way to thank someone for a wedding gift. It’s probably not proper ediquette to blog about properly thanking people for wedding gifts…. but oh well! (try to read that last sentence 5 times really fast, ha!) So Michael and I decided to design and order cute little Thank you postcards that match our invitations! PERFECT! No envelope, they’re cute and modern and they go with the theme! That’s all I wanted! Postcards have really been a huge time saver. We love getting our RSVP postcards in the mail (HINT HINT, they were DUE MONDAY… if yours is still out there, you’re late! haha:) So if you’re planning a wedding and looking for a fun, nontraditional way to do thank you notes, consider postcards!!
A year ago, we promised to find a solution for those who were complaining about their R6 raw files looking dull and lifeless in Lightroom. However, due to various circumstances, we couldn’t deliver on that promise until now.
Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
Your sessions should be working FOR you not against you!
