are some days when you just need to enjoy life. Last friday was one of those days for us. We have been working hard to prep for the upcoming conferences and still manage everyday business stuff. It’s a lot to keep up with, especially when this is supposed to be the season of rest for us wedding photographers! So last week, we had been planning on heading to the farm for Michael and my brother to help Buddy on the farm and Jill and I were going to have a work day! Well, we did get some work done but we spent the majority of the morning and afternoon playing in
the snow like 12 year olds…. and it was AWESOME! I loved being stuck on the side of a hill with a dead cell phone and being surrounded by people I love!! It was the perfect “day off”!! We went sledding for a solid two hours and Jill filmed pieces of our adventure. She’s just so good at making super fun videos of all of our fun memories!!! We’re going to LOVE having these clips years and years from now! I have to admit, this video is slightly embarrassing! I mean, I know I’m not athletic but it is blatantly obvious in this film!! ha! Oh well! It’s entertaining so enjoy this little peak of our day off last week!! I’m off to PACK and prep and practice presentations. Yikes! It feels like college!! … Only more intimidating! haha Click the image below or THIS LINK to view the video on Jill’s blog!!!
And here are a few little snippets from the rest of our mini-trip! We did a double date for Valentines day that night!! So fun!!
A year ago, we promised to find a solution for those who were complaining about their R6 raw files looking dull and lifeless in Lightroom. However, due to various circumstances, we couldn’t deliver on that promise until now.
Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
Your sessions should be working FOR you not against you!
