days it can be 50 degrees and it feels like 65! Other days, it can be 50 degrees and feel like 30!! Well, last Wednesday it was in the 50’s but it was FREEZING! The sun was shining but the wind was roaring through DC during my eshoot with Mike and Kelly! They were such great sports about the temperature and the never ending wind that kept blowing hair in their faces. That’s how you know you are working with GREAT couples. If they can make it work in less than ideal conditions, then I have struck gold in the client department! I had been waiting to meet Mike and Kelly for a while now. They are getting married this coming fall
and since Kelly is super organized, she booked me first thing! We’ve been chatting via emails for quite some time and so it was wonderful to finally put a face with the name! Mike and Kelly’s story began at Virginia Tech many years ago. As I walked around the Capitol grounds, I heard their story and I got to know them a little bit ( I also got to know their fur baby Riley!). It became increasingly more and more obvious that once again, I had landed another amazing couple! I’m actually a little sad that I won’t be seeing them again until OCTOBER! It will definitely be worth the wait. I can’t WAIT to photograph Kelly’s beautiful smile again on her wedding day! It’s going to be such a wonderful day and Michael and I are thrilled to be a part of it! Enjoy some of my favorites from their DC Engagement session and ps. remember while looking through these that we were freezing! They didn’t show it at all! Such pros! :)
Love this! How about those doors?!A year ago, we promised to find a solution for those who were complaining about their R6 raw files looking dull and lifeless in Lightroom. However, due to various circumstances, we couldn’t deliver on that promise until now.
Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
Your sessions should be working FOR you not against you!
