I remember when Jennifer was little. She was always the sweetest little girl and that sweetness continued throughout her teenage and now young adult years. She’s always been a care-giver, a baby lover and incredibly kind hearted. I think these amazing traits are a direct result of being raised by wonderful parents. Growing up, TJ & Debbie seemed like family members to Emy, Corey and I. We aren’t related in any way but we did life together…. trips to the river together… mission trips together…. church life together…. those were truly the good ol’ days and I wish we had more of them.
We lost TJ to cancer a few years ago. It was a hard season for everyone. There is nothing that could replace his joy and energy. He was one of a kind and he left an impact on everyone that he came in contact with. As Michael and I walked around with his daughter, Jennifer, and her fiance’ during their engagement session, every time we laughed and joked and had a good time, I thought about TJ. He would have loved how much fun we had together. As much as I wish he was here to see this new season in Jennifer’s life, I know that the greatest way that we can honor a man that was so full of life, is to be present and joyful in the life we have together here on earth. TJ would have wanted that. He loved his church, his family, his community and he adored his little girl.
It’s an honor to be a part of this season with Paul and Jennifer. As we walked around a gorgeous farm in Caroline County, the light was perfect, the cows were mooing in background and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Give me a willow tree, a dried up soy bean field and a few white silos and I’m a happy girl! I loved getting to know Paul and Freckles (she’s the pup!) during our time together and I can’t wait to show you some of my favorites!!
A year ago, we promised to find a solution for those who were complaining about their R6 raw files looking dull and lifeless in Lightroom. However, due to various circumstances, we couldn’t deliver on that promise until now.
Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
Your sessions should be working FOR you not against you!
