You know when you have a feeling that you’re going to love someone after emailing with them a few times? That is exactly how I felt about Sally. Ever since her first email, I just loved her and I have been looking forward to meeting her. We pulled into Georgetown and it started raining. My heart sank and I hoped for a break. David and Sally showed up and as soon as we started walking towards the canal, the sprinkles stopped and they didn’t return!
David proposed in Georgetown on the waterfront and so it’s only appropriate that we would do their engagement session there! Sally shares my love for old homes and cute front doors and so we made sure we found some beautiful residential spots before heading down to the water! We always talk with our couples about their wedding day and so the topic of the bridal party came up. These two are going to have 11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen!!! Crazy! But you know what? I could have told you that they would have a large bridal party because they seem like the type of people who are loved by MANY! I’m so excited to meet their friends and family later this year and capture their big day!
Enjoy some of my favorites from this Georgetown engagement!!
A year ago, we promised to find a solution for those who were complaining about their R6 raw files looking dull and lifeless in Lightroom. However, due to various circumstances, we couldn’t deliver on that promise until now.
Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
Your sessions should be working FOR you not against you!
