wild ideas sometimes. Luckily Michael trusts my crazy ideas and he’s sweet enough to help me make these ideas come life! I said a LONG time ago that I wanted to paint thick, horizontal stripes down the foyer of the new house. I have been envisioning this for such a long time but I knew that I would have to be patient! This was going to be a DIY project for us and it wasn’t going to be easy. Michael and I hosted two cookouts last weekend and that was the perfect motivation to get this project done! Michael bought the paint, the laser level and the tape and he went to town.
I tried helping with the taping process but he was just better at it so I let it become his baby. I came up with the idea, he made it happen. That seems to be a theme in our life! So after one night, one day and one trip to ikea, our foyer had a massive makeover! Enjoy the before and afters!
