You know how much I love my Canon R6!! I switched over a year ago and it’s made all the difference! But for MONTHS I said I was not going to upgrade any of my lenses (I even filmed a YouTube video saying I wasn’t going to!!). Well the time has come and I’ve decided to eat my words and upgrade… and I think we’ve finally found our perfect RF lineup!!!
You’re probably wondering: Katelyn, why do you keep talking about gear!? If you have been around here for any length of time, you know that gear talk is NOT my favorite. But I think this is worthwhile information, I think for SOME of you it’s helpful to hear about gear from someone who is not super techy but who has a lot of experience!!
Now, do you HAVE to upgrade to RF lenses?! NO. I stand by what I said before: I love using my old EF lenses with the adaptor! However I know some of you are looking at the RF lenses and trying to decide what lens should be in your camera bag for the 2022 season, so I thought I’d show you what I’m using, exactly what I upgraded and WHY!!
In today’s YouTube video you can see the RF lenses in my camera bag and what’s in Michael’s, too!!
