Back in the winter when I took a poll about what everyone would love to see more of on the blog, a ton of people wanted to hear from Michael more!! Don’t worry, I’m not offended. He’s a cool guy:) And he has a lot to share too!! Michael has been second shooting with me for years and years. What most people don’t realize is that he has been shooting with me since BEFORE we joined forces in 2013! Michael helped me all the way through college and that really helped us transition into being a husband/wife team very easily.
Michael’s job on a wedding day isn’t easy. He’s constantly working behind the scenes to help make my life easier and I’ll never be able thank him enough for that. He drives us to weddings, preps our gear and then shoots a full day and drives us home. I honestly don’t know what I did without him!!! Today I want all of you second shooter’s out there to hear from Michael and learn about the shots he consistently tries to accomplish at every wedding! It’s not always a perfect situation but he always tries to get as many of these shots as possible!
Michael has compiled a list of all of the must-have shots that he shoots during a wedding day and I was going to copy and paste it into this blog post but then I had a better idea! I decided to create a downloadable PDF so that you all can save this checklist on your computer, phone or ipad! ENJOY!!! And let Michael know how wonderful he is! He’s the one that compiled all of this info!
