Let me start by stating that this post is not to show off multiple pictures of myself! That is not my goal! (I mean, did you see my hair?! out of control.) Anyway, my goal is to actually show off the sweetness of having a second shooter! It’s even sweeter when it’s your boyfriend!
As we started pulling my gear out of the trunk before the double engagement shoots in Greenville, I quickly mentioned to Michael that I happened to have an extra camera that would just be sitting in the car. He didn’t refuse. He gladly let me show him a couple tricks and agreed to follow me around. He did great! It’s funny, Jasmine Star (A So.Cali photographer that I am pretty much in love with her work!) just let her husband blog about being her second shooter and it was so neat to hear his perspective! In many ways, Michael is already fulfilling a lot of what it takes to be my partner in this business because he’s my biggest fan. I can’t explain how necessary that is or how much I appreciate it. Besides his support, he did great with the camera! I was so proud and impressed!
I mean look at him! Who wouldn’t be proud?! haha His roomate Ryan actually snapped this one!
Take a look at a few Michael shot!
Here’s one he took and the final product of what I was shooting!
Take a peek at what a session looks like! So fun!
