I won’t lie, it kind of reminded me of a birthday party. You know when you’re little and your mom doesn’t feel like cleaning and so you have a birthday party at a restrauraunt instead of at your house? You reserve a space and you’re anxious and just praying someone shows up! That’s how I felt right before the meetup. I had this weird thought that no one would come and I would be eating whole plates of chips and spinach dip all by myself. Well let me tell you, that was NOT the case! We had 20+ photographers travel from all over the state and it was fabulous! Photographers have this awesome ability to just come together and connect almost instantly. We love the same thing, we are passionate about our jobs and on Friday night, that room was filled with people that love the Lord. Could it get any better than that?! Why yes it can! Michael drove up and I loved having him there. I can’t wait to be married and have him around all the time! This long distance engagement stuff isn’t fun. But to end on a happy note, here’s a quick shot of the amazing photographers that came together on Friday!
Thank you guys for coming out! You’re awesome and I can’t to see what the Lord is going to do through this group! Next time we meet we would love to see new faces!!

Success—it’s a word we hear all the time. But what does it really mean? Is it about financial security? Status? Owning a dream home or taking extravagant vacations?
When you think about your business, do you see it as simply a job—or something more?
Today, I’m diving into an experience that was nothing like I anticipated: my digital detox in December. If you’ve ever considered taking a break from the noise of the online world, you might relate to my journey—the good, the surprising, and the, well, completely unplanned.
The wedding industry has faced unique challenges recently, with inflation affecting budgets and couples cutting costs. If you’re a wedding photographer feeling the pinch, don’t worry—2025 doesn’t have to be a slow year.
