I received an email from a sweet friend with a huge heart and big dreams. She asked me to be a part of something that she was dreaming and praying about. It was a big project…. like nothing she had attempted before!! It was a dream with a lot of risks, a lot of planning and it required a ton of prayer because it was so much bigger than just one person. This friend was Karen Stott. Karen felt that there was a need in the photography industry for Christian fellowship for women and oh man was she right!! She started Pursuit 31 and it just exploded!! The need was there and God has done absolutely AMAZING things through P31! It blows my mind!
I don’t know how Karen does it… but she does! She keeps dreaming and growing this amazing community more and more! Last year, Pursuit 31 had a conference in Rome, GA and I was so honored to be a part of it! I realized immediately that speaking in front of a room full of amazing women was something that I both LOVED and enjoyed!! I’m SO honored to be a part of the P31 conference again this year!!!! It’s going to be amazing! the speakers, the location, the community…. it’s just awesome! I’m so excited to see what God has in store this year for us! If you’re interested in attending, it’s not too late!! You can find out more information here! : http://conference.pursuit31.com/
I would LOVE to see you there!!! Have an amazing Thursday everyone! And ps. I can’t WAIT to share some RV-Vaca pics soon!!

Today, I’m diving into an experience that was nothing like I anticipated: my digital detox in December. If you’ve ever considered taking a break from the noise of the online world, you might relate to my journey—the good, the surprising, and the, well, completely unplanned.
The wedding industry has faced unique challenges recently, with inflation affecting budgets and couples cutting costs. If you’re a wedding photographer feeling the pinch, don’t worry—2025 doesn’t have to be a slow year.
Life has a way of surprising us, doesn’t it? Over the last few months, I’ve been on a medical rollercoaster that I never saw coming.
