…amazing details, PERFECT light …. this session was amazing! Talk about a photographer’s happy place. I first met Andie at my first Workshop last fall! She was a sweetheart and I was thrilled when she asked me to do a session with her and her hubby! Little did I know that it was going to be THIS fabulous! She contacted me a few weeks ago explaining all she had planned and I couldn’t believe it! This was awesome! I’ve been wanting to do a stylized session for a while and just haven’t had the time to throw one together! So when Andie shared about her theme and the details, I knew this was going to be a great shoot!!! I loved meeting Nathan and watching the two of them interact. They have been married for 3 years and have…
a beautiful little girl! This session was a great chance for them to just be together and relax. Just when you think this couldn’t get any sweeter, Nathan has been deployed recently and so this session was a little bit of a homecoming celebration too! It was beautiful, romantic and so natural. I loved the neutral, soft colors and the old fashioned theme! Andie actually owns her own event planning business and if you can’t tell by this shoot, she’s got a great sense of style and design! I’m excited about working together on some fun projects in future!
Nathan and Andie, your session was such a great reminder of why I love doing what I do. Capturing the love and laughter that you two still share after 3 years of marriage was such an honor! Thanks for an awesome evening in downtown Richmond! Enjoy!!!
Unfortunately Andie and Nathan’s wedding pictures didn’t turn out exactly the way they wanted. Andie LOVES details and she brought her actual wedding shoes for some detail shots!
How awesome is this fabric bouquet! Andie found this designer on Etsy.com!Andie my dear, you’re gorgeous!
Michael gets so tired of this but when there is “perrrrrfect light” going on outside, I make it known! I’ll stop him mid-sentence to announce that there is “perfect light right now”! I love the glowy, warm light that comes in the middle of summer. Andie and Nathan’s session was at the perfect time!
Oh you know I love me some birdcages and peacock feathers!!!
ahhhh!!! Light!!!
Stay tuned for a BRIGHT part two!
