ago, I was planning to meet Kim and Patrick for the first time. They thought it would be nice to meet at the Cheesecake Factory and of course, I thought that was an awesome idea! …. and evidently so did Michael… because he joined us! I love it when Michael joins me for sessions and meetings…. but it always seems to happen more often when there is food involved!! So we met this amazing couple over lunch one day and I just loved them. Kim is easiest girl to talk to and Patrick greets everyone with a hug and a smile. We talked about their Irish wedding and their family and how they met. These two have known each other since they were kids but it wasn’t until they were older that they realized that maybe there was
something more there. They became best friends and that’s evident when you watch them interact. Patrick swayed from side to side and bit his lip as he anxiously waited to see his bride for the very first time. She looked stunning in her form fitted gown and all Patrick could do was hold her hand and smile…. A LOT. Kim looked amazing and before we started portraits, Patrick pulled a box out of is pocket and surprised her with an Irish Claddagh ring. He was so smooth with this surprise! I was really impressed!! He just casually pulled the box out slid the ring onto her finger and she was smiling from ear to ear. The Fogarty’s Irish heritage means so much to them. I love that Kimberly and Patrick incorporated their whole wedding day around their love for America and the strong Irish background of Patrick’s family. The reception was filled with GREEN and some Red, White and Blue. It was such a celebration of marriage, friendship and patriotism!! I loved every minute of it!!
Kimberly and Patrick, I can’t thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful celebration!!! What a fun and genuine couple you are!! You guys are the reason I love my job so so much. Thank you for trusting me to capture the memories of joyful day!! Have so much fun on your honeymoon!!!!!
These girls are working it!! …. and Kim’s laughing at them:)
Can we just talk about gorgeous she is?! Stunning.
Ohh yea, they’re hopping over the “No Trespassing” sign….oops.
I think those two love her… a lot. This is one of my favorite shots:)
Kim’s brother married them and didn’t refrain from telling some embarrassing stories… loved it!
Some couples would be annoyed that their venue decorated the outside with flags and banners… but not these two! Patrick the Patriot LOVED this!!!:)
Kim and Patrick took pictures at different Irish pubs for their table numbers!
