Last year we did portraits one evening for this sweet family. This year we did the same thing but there was one VERY exciting change…. sweet little London Rain!! She’s precious!! Last year she was a cute little bump and it was amazing to finally get to meet her! We have been in Franklin, TN this week for a mastermind meet-up that Zach and Jody have hosted for a second year in a row. Amy Demos and I took family portraits for these amazing friends and these portraits are literally just a small way that we try to say THANK YOU for all that Zach and Jody have done for us!
We headed out to the field behind their house and we educated the Arizonians about what TICKS were. The light was fading fast but we had just enough time to capture this beautiful family. We ALSO shared some of it on FACEBOOK LIVE and you can see it HERE on our FB page. It cracks me up because we are SOOOOO not family photographers. I’m sure screaming and shouting and waving at babies isn’t the way to do these photos but it DID work for us!! Enjoy some of our favorites!!
Ps. Zach and Jody, your ability to speak life and encouragement into us as a couple and as business owners has changed our lives and we’re so thankful for you!!!!
This little guy is so much fun!
The many faces of Jax!
Sweet little London!
A little behind the scenes. ;)

Today, I’m diving into an experience that was nothing like I anticipated: my digital detox in December. If you’ve ever considered taking a break from the noise of the online world, you might relate to my journey—the good, the surprising, and the, well, completely unplanned.
The wedding industry has faced unique challenges recently, with inflation affecting budgets and couples cutting costs. If you’re a wedding photographer feeling the pinch, don’t worry—2025 doesn’t have to be a slow year.
Life has a way of surprising us, doesn’t it? Over the last few months, I’ve been on a medical rollercoaster that I never saw coming.
