who follow us on instagram…. you may have seen that Bokeh has been traveling with us for a few days. He not only want on a sailing trip, he also went to a PHOTOGRAPHY conference!! We stayed at an incredible pet friendly hotel in Alexandria, ate dinner outside at a pet friendly restaurant and he then he actually attended part of the conference yesterday too!! We loved having him with us and he did GREAT! I was so proud!! It seriously felt like we had brought a child along that no one had met before because photographers LOVE meeting “our baby”! haha He was quite a hit with the ladies!
Anyway, I had the honor of speaking at the second CLIC Conference that took place at the Athenaeum Museum in Alexandria, VA. I spoke on the second day about the Power of Posing and it was a blast! I’m pretty sure I spoke at a record speed on order to fit everything in. It’s so hard to pick and choose what info to share and not to share! I wanted to share as much as 90 minutes would allow me to and I think I did a good job at cramming a lot into a little amount of time!!
Even though Michael and I were tired and have been on the go so much recently, we loved this. We love meeting new friends in the industry and seeing old ones. We love getting a chance to speak about what we’re passionate about and we love getting a chance to travel together… all THREE of us! So enjoy some images from the conference and styled shoot! And if you’re interested in a fun getaway later this fall, rally some of your girlfriends together and spend a few days with us in Charleston for the last CLIC Conference of the year! Wouldn’t that be fun!? A girl’s getaway in one of the most beautiful cities in the country?! More info HERE!
