I wish I had more time to do anniversary photos. I love these sessions because they are a celebration of the journey that has been completed and the journey that is yet to come! Sabrina contacted me months and months ago about doing portraits at the Connect Retreat. Now, I’ve known these two for a long time. Sabrina came to my workshop WAY back in the day with so many others who are now dear friends of ours!
That specific workshop was full of people who have never left our life!! We have seen these two throughout the years at the Connect Retreat and other industry events. They have such sweet and genuine personalities that bring so much peace to anyone they are around. I love that about them! Not only are they sweet…. they also have an adorable daughter!!! I’ve never met their little bundle of joy but it has been so much fun to watch their family grow and change.
So, at the very beginning of their session, we went down a pretty steep hill to start shooting. I promised them the hike and tall grass and threat of ticks was going to be so worth it and I was right!! I loved photographing these two in a new part of campus to change things up a bit!!! Thank you Ben and Sabrina for trusting me with your anniversary images! We love you both dearly!! AND, if you didn’t already know that you were models, you are. :)
