I arrived to the bridal suite and was greeted with hugs and praises. Seriously? I don’t know where we find these amazing brides and bridesmaids but they sure know how to make a girl feel welcomed! They just loved their sneak peeks from Evan and Rachael’s engagement session that I shot last week and that made them SO pumped on the wedding day!! The room was full of excitement, champagne and hairspray! LOTS of hairspray! :) After we left the hotel and headed to the Congressional Country Club, it seemed like time just fly by!
Before I knew it, Rachael was walking down the aisle with her sweet parents and marrying the love of her life! Everything was completely perfect ….. except that she forgot to use her blusher veil and didn’t realize it until she was at the alter. The best part was her mom’s reaction to realizing that they forgot it! I love that I was able to catch that moment! Rachael, don’t kill me but I included it in the blog post because it’s just priceless!! This is what I love about Evan and Rachael. They were so willing to go with the flow and that made their day so much fun for us! We were able to slip out for some sunset shots before the grand party began and it was amazing!! I can’t wait for you to see!!
Big Ray and the band kept the party going all night and the energy never died down! It was amazing!!! Enjoy this beautiful new wedding story and be sure to leave some love for Evan and Rachael if you enjoyed scrolling through their wedding day!!! :)
Evan and Rachael, you guys are amazing. Thank you for trusting us with so much responsibility and for allowing us to be creative!!! Enjoy reliving your wedding day!!!!
