Engagement season is HERE!! We have three engagement sessions in four days! The first of this round of sessions was for Gino and Jen! They live up in NY and so since they were down doing some wedding planning, we decided to sneak in their engagement session as well! We met at 6:30am…. yes… 6:30. It was early but as the sun started to rise, I remembered why I love sunrise sessions so much. There is something different about the morning sunlight!
We started walking around Gino and Jen’s alma mater and the options were endless. The University of Richmond is full of arches and incredible architecture! We were proud of ourselves because by choosing a sunrise shoot, it meant that we had the entire campus to ourselves. What student gets up at 6am?! The only time we ever felt like we were in the way was when the cross country team decided to run over the bridge the same time as us! Overall, it was perfectly planned and these two have SO much variety in their images! I can’t wait to show you!
Gino and Jen just naturally know how to look like themselves in front of the camera. They were a dream to photograph and I am so thankful that we had some time to get to know one another before their wedding day! They met on MOVE-IN day when they first started at U of R and over 6 years later, their story continues!! It’s an honor to be a part of their story during this season of their life and I can’t wait for you to “meet” them today!! Enjoy their engagement session!!
Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
Your sessions should be working FOR you not against you!
Shooting in manual mode might seem complex and overwhelming at first but there is an easier way!
