Have you noticed? This summer is just about doing my job and doing it well and not letting the laundry get out of control! I hate to sound like I’m just doing the bare minimum…but right now, the bare minimum entails a lot!! Weddings every weekend and engagements starting up in the fall…. it all adds up. So here are the goals from August that I have accomplished!:

BUSINESS GOALS | AUGUST
- Work on my little project and DON’T RUSH it.… (I’m revamping some things… but if you revamp one thing, it affects ALL things… so it’s getting complicated.. are you confused yet?! haha)
- Work on my other project and get it DONE so I can start sending it out….(Yea this is definitely still a work in progress)
- Pick a workshop date and location (Will be announcing SOON! Signup for the newsletter to hear about it!
- Create a MINT account for the business (highly recommend this for tracking business expenses!)

PERSONAL GOALS | AUGUST
- Meet with a financial planner – check!
- Find a dentist, make appointment – This didn’t make the cut this month
- Eat out less – neither did this one, however! We dod cook at home last night!! score!
- Drink more water
- Hangout with Steph and Emily! I miss them! – I hope to see em soon!!!! She’s so cute and pregnant right now!
- Make dinner for my husband at least once (don’t gasp… we’re not cooks, you know that by now:)

BUSINESS GOALS | SEPTEMBER
- Plan and announce a little surprise for my 2011 brides!
- Blog new sample albums
- Update EVERYTHING: Blog recent fav pics, press/awards, etc. etc. (maintenance is HARD!)
- Send newsletter out announcing the Fall Workshop!
- Shoot my weddings WELL!!

PERSONAL GOALS | SEPTEMBER
- Find a dentist… we really can’t just forget about this goal… it needs to happen! (Thanks for the recommendations last month!!)
- Go to DMV and get ALL of our Car stuff straight…. since we are buying a new one… WOOHOO! It will be here this week!
- Go to the gym with Emily Hudspeth so she can show me how it’s DONE! Someone needs to DRAG me to the gym and she’s the perfect person to do so:)
- Order pictures for the empty frames in the youth room!
- **This is a big one** – PAINT the fireplace WHITE!
Ok I think that’s enough stuff to accomplish in one month! Now we’re off to spend a day with our families on the water. It’s Labor Day after all! We only get a few days where Michael is off AND our parents are off AND my brother is out of school… so we’re taking advantage of it! Enjoy your Labor Day!!!!
