This wedding was such an amazing milestone for the Rice family. The 5th and final sibling was marrying the love of her life!! I have known the Rice family for years. Ever since I shared a house in college with Emily, I have loved getting to know the Rice family! Besides my parents, I don’t think I’ve ever seen daughters so in love with their dad and a family dynamic that is so close. I think that’s why I just adore them. Their love for one another reminds me so much of our own family… except their numbers are bigger! The Rice siblings consist of 4 sisters and 1 brother and now they are all married with 9 grandkids and two more on the way!!! Crazy right?! What a blessed family! I remember hearing about Emily’s older sister getting married while we were in college and how big of a deal that was! Emily and I would talk about our weddings and how amazing it would be to have husbands and enter that new season of life.
We graduated and got married 2 months apart and now it’s crazy that our baby sisters just got married 4 weeks apart!! God is so good and so faithful. As Mr. and Mrs. Rice danced together, surrounded by their 5 children and their spouses and a TON of grandchildren, I couldn’t help but tear up. What an amazing legacy they are leaving to SO many! That’s the power of a healthy, God fearing marriage. I’m SO excited to see what God is going to do with all of these amazing marriages and BABIES! There were kiddos EVERYWHERE!! I’m so excited for the Rice family and SO honored to be a part of this final wedding day! I’m also so excited for Jeff and Julia!
These two are just amazing. They planned their ceremony perfectly and precisely. From the scripture to the worship songs to the prayers, everything was planned and included for a specific reason. I had chills listening to 300+ guests singing together! It was so beautiful! If Jeff and Julia’s ceremony is any indication of how hard they will work at their marriage, it’s going to be an amazing journey. Michael and I loved being a part of their wedding day and we can’t wait to share some of our favorite images!!
