last week I’ve had my 3 final engagement sessions of 2012 and man oh man have I lucked out! The weather has been amazing here in Virginia!! We’re talking 70 degrees in DECEMBER!! That is NOT common! Normally I’m not a fan of warm winter weather but the sunshine really came in handy as I shot these sessions. Jonathan and Anna probably had the chilliest day but they NEVER complained! I’m so thankful to have clients that care enough about their pictures to withstand the cold for an hour and a half! It was WORTH it! These two couldn’t have been sweeter. We walked and talked and shot some beautiful images along the property of Pippin Hill.
(I just LOVE that place!) There is just something about shooting in the mountains in the winter months. The light is softer and the colors are a bit muted but I really like the way my winter images are turning out this year! It’s always easy to have great images when you’re working with a GREAT couple. These two interact so genuinely and naturally….a photographer’s dream!!! I loved every minute of their shoot and I’m excited to share some favorites! Happy Wednesday to you all!!! Jonathan and Anna, you guys are awesome!! Thank you for trusting me with a winter engagement shoot! I think it turned out splendidly!!! Can’t WAIT for the wedding!! xoxo
How cute are they?! LOVE! Anna you’re beautiful!!!! Even the BACKSIDE of Pippin is gorgeous! VA is so beautiful!! A favorite!!! Ohh lala! LOVE THESE!!! You guys…. just stop.Kelly is an incredible wedding photographer who has been shooting 90 weddings a year. I know, it sounds unbelievable, but it’s true! Kelly’s success and the volume of work she handles is truly impressive.
