Any good dad wants the best for his daughter and so Cody did what he needed to do and he moved. After a year they were engaged and when his bride came walking down the aisle last Thursday, I’m sure it felt so surreal for him! Tears were streaming down his face when Mindy’s dad handed her over to him as the ceremony began. I’m so glad I knew the back story of these two because it made me realize just how important that split-second moment was for them.
Cody and Mindy are so in love and it’s evident in every interaction. They just wanted to be married. They didn’t care that it poured right before the ceremony or that the bottom of her dress was dirty… they just wanted to be husband and wife!! The skies cleared right as the ceremony began and they were married under the Natural Bridge of Virginia! So cool!! Enjoy some of my favorites from this amazing wedding day!!!
