We landed from our trip to Australia and got back into the routine of emails and blogging and laundry. Lots of laundry. One of the emails I sent was to Mary to let her know that her photographers were safe and sound and back into the US. She mentioned that she had purchased cute little umbrellas for all of her girls since there was a 80% chance of rain for all of Saturday. We left our house and started driving to Charlottesville on the day of the wedding and the clouds began to clear. Jason and Mary couldn’t stop talking about how amazing their supposedly rainy wedding day turned out. It wasn’t rainy at all! It was perfect. I believe the way they kept describing it was “This is INSANE! What is this?! It’s beautiful out there!”. They had a dream wedding day surrounded by their family and friends!!
Everyone loves a great barn wedding! And what better place to host a fabulous barn wedding than Mount Ida Farm in Charlottesville, Va. It’s lovely! The barn, the waterfront ceremony location, the rolling hills and the gorgeous roads lined with fences and perfectly aligned trees. Their family and friends danced the night away and celebrated this sweet couple. Jason and Mary celebrated their new marriage and the fact that after four years, they were finally husband and wife!! They met in 2010 and have been inseparable ever since! It was an honor and a privilege to be alongside of them as they promised forever to one another. Enjoy this gorgeous summer wedding from the rolling hills of Charlottesville!
