to figure out how to thank someone who does so much for you on a daily basis. Michael and I have a unique relationship because we’re really not normal compared to most households and marriages. We don’t get up at 7am and head off to work and then return at 5pm. We don’t have a weekly schedule that we stick to religiously. We don’t even have a SCHEDULE! Well, there’s somewhat of a schedule…. but it changes constantly because of our lifestyle. We’re never really separated and my world is his world. To some, this would be too much. I actually worried about this aspect of our
life when Michael and I started praying about him working full time with me. What would it be like if he NEVER left to go to the office? Will we drive each other crazy? Well, I’m happy to say that we haven’t lost our minds and we’ve actually grown closer as a couple. Sure, it’s super tough some days but what I have learned in the life transition is that we were made to do life together. It sounds cheesy but it’s true. Michael can fill in where I need help and I tackle the stuff that he doesn’t enjoy. I’m so incredibly thankful to be married to a man that can help me keep our life straight at home AND carry my incredibly heavy bags when we travel. :) He serves me in so many ways and having him beside me provides this strong sense of security that I can’t really explain. I especially feel that strong sense of security when we’re traveling because he’s totally in charge of all that!! Like, 110% in charge. I just follow him around and he always gets us where we need to go. It’s wonderful:) Life with him is wonderful… even on the hard days when I’m moody and get easily stressed out… it’s still a wonderful life. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner, best friend or spouse. Michael I’m so thankful for you. Thank you for loving me and my flaws and thank you for being willing to go on this crazy adventure of running a business together. We’re not pros at it yet but we’re certainly getting there. :) I love you… I hope you had an amazing Birthday Yesterday!!! …. And I hope you enjoy your thermostat. Yes, I bought my husband a thermostat for his birthday. #1 sign that you’re getting old and boring! He’s actually pretty excited about it though!! Have a great Wednesday all!!! xoxo
haha! Michael don’t hate me for posting this…. I like it:)
So awkward on the left… couples, this is an example of what NOT to do. :)
