hard to believe that Michael and I moved to Richmond over three years ago! I remember growing up and hearing about Maymont, Belle Isle and Carytown but never visiting RVA at all! I mean, we went to the museums and IMAX theater as kids, but I didn’t REALLY see all that Richmond had to offer until the last three years. It’s such a beautiful city and the longer we’re here, the more I love it! The heart of Richmond is home for Jason and Mary! They live really close to Maymont Park and so it made perfect sense for us to shoot there! It was SO beautiful so that park was packed! It looked like fall but felt like mid September!

We had perfect conditions and light for their engagement session! Once again, we have another couple that I just adore for 2014 and I’m so excited to be a part of Jason and Mary’s beautiful wedding day! They are the sweetest couple. All smiles and so personable! I could have talked with them for hours! We walked around the park and shot with the most BEAUTIFUL colors! This engagement session reminded me of how thankful I am to live in a place that experiences seasons!! So gorgeous! Enjoy some of my favorites and get excited to see them two again in 20141!!! I can’t wait!!

 
 
Such a gorgeous smile!!! Those colors!!! A FAVORITE! Love this! The wind was totally working with us!  How beautiful is this spot?!  Another favorite for sure!  Tried a little something different with this ring shot and I love it!  Oh the light!  You two! Such pros! :)
