Cameron is a photographer! So you know what that means…. it means that I went into this wedding day knowing that pictures were a HIGH priority and I didn’t take that responsibility lightly!! We ended up with some incredible portraits that are going to be saved in my “favorites” folder for SURE!!! I love ending a wedding day knowing that I have hundreds upon hundreds of images that I’m proud of! Maybe I’m still on a high from not shooting for so long during maternity leave, but I was LOVING life during this wedding! It was such a blast!
This day was perfect. The only unexpected curveball was the fact that we had 30MPH winds that were a little intense at times! That meant a little bit of a windchill, but honestly, it didn’t seem to phase Cameron or Matthew! They were up for anything!! Just because it was a little chilly didn’t mean we were going to miss out on portrait time! We hopped in our car and Michael drove all of us to the beach right at sunset, and I have to say that I’m so excited about those images! The colors and the sky look like Matthew and Cameron are standing inside of a watercolor painting!
Matthew and Cameron have such a sweet, endearing love for one another and others. It makes it so easy to love them. I’m so thankful for the time that we had with them and for the privilege it was to capture their beautiful destination wedding! These two did so much work to make this day happen! They literally BUILT FARM TABLES AND BENCHES from scratch in order to make their day come to life!!! How amazing is that?!
Matthew and Cameron…. before I go, I just have to thank you again for allowing us to be a part of such an important season of your life! We felt loved from the moment we stepped out of the car and Cameron’s aunt said “Oh you must be Katelyn and Michael! Cameron has raved about you!”. The fact that your family already knew us was such a gift!! You two are truly something special and we are so excited for you as you embark on a brand new journey in your life!

Cameron…. I have hair envy! Not the color (I basically have the same color!) but the CURLS & VOLUME! Amazing!
