I have decided that I am NOT ashamed that I have been a faithful subscriber to the wonderful Martha Stewart “Living” magazine for 3 years! It is actually a gift from Michael’s mom and I love getting my new issue every month and looking up the “Good Things”! Every issue has a few pages dedicated to little things in life, the “good things”, that make life a little easier, save a few dollars, and sometimes inspire one to go out and spend $20 at the craft store just so you can have “handmade napkin rings”! I will admit that I sometimes I love Martha’s little tips and tricks too much. However, I love reading about the little “good things” and so I want to periodically share some of my “good things” with my blog just for fun!
That being said, I just love fall! It’s by far my most favorite time of the year! There is a certain temperature in fall that is just cold enough to make you wear long sleeves but not cold enough to see your breath. I LOVE those days! The beginning of October, in the wee hours of the morning, I found a bag of fall decorations that had been sitting in the kitchen for weeks and I thought I’d do something with them. Some may say it looks as if “Fall” came and threw up all over the kitchen table, however, It’s red, orange, and yellow and so I’m a fan! I like our seasonal centerpiece!
