This is one of those sessions that will go down as a classic. It doesn’t get more beautiful than an early fall, downtown Annapolis engagement session with gorgeous light!
Blaire and Ashley showed up ready to rock and roll. They looked amazing! What a dream!! We made our way around Annapolis that evening and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There was a threat of rain in the forecast leading up to the shoot and we are so grateful for the GLOW!
As we walked up and down the streets of Annapolis, we found little nooks and crannies with great light and I got to know this amazing couple!! These two are so incredibly calm, classy and content just being together. I loved capturing how much they love each other and hearing about their work, their hobbies, the story of the ring, etc! Blair is such a gentleman (he constantly asked to carry my bag) and Ashley is calm and so peaceful. It made this session such a breeze and it made me look forward to the wedding day!! These two made my job incredibly easy and it was a joy to spend time together!!
As a professional photographer, I’ve had the privilege of capturing countless family portraits over the years. Each session presents a unique set of challenges, from managing energetic children to finding the perfect backdrops.
As a photographer, I’ve often found myself in situations where the location seemed lackluster or uninspiring. It’s easy to get caught up in the pursuit of the perfect setting, but the reality is that we don’t always have the luxury of shooting in the most visually stunning locations.
We rescheduled this shoot with the Smith family once because of a threat of rain. It wasn’t a totally horrible forecast but if there’s one thing that I learned about Colleen when I photographed her wedding, it’s that she loves the GLOW!
What’s better than doing a family session for one KJ couple? Photographing TWO and adding in Nonna and Grandpa!
As a professional wedding photographer, I’ve encountered my fair share of editing challenges on the job.
Have you ever closed out of Lightroom unhappy with the end result?
