emailed me with exclamation marks and an undeniable excitement that I could feel through the words she typed! Alyson contacted me right after David popped the question and her joy was contagious! Not only had she just gotten engaged, she had the most PERFECT proposal in Colorado while visiting David’s family. They had an incredible week biking, hiking, alpine sliding, etc and just when Alyson thought that it couldn’t get any better, David asked her to watch the sunrise with him. Despite the early wake up call, she met him for the sunrise and then they traveled to a nearby park only to find a few men setting up a hot air balloon!!
I think you can figure out the rest! :) David proposed and once they landed, they were greeted by their family to celebrate!! Amazing right?! What an incredible day that must have been!! After meeting David and Alyson and hearing their story, I just cannot wait for their gorgeous wedding day! They are such a fun-loving couple with such genuine personalities. We spent the evening walking, talking and shooting around some of the most gorgeous areas of Richmond! These two met in Manhattan and currently live in the city. It was such perfect timing that one of few days we had at home this August just happened to be the weekend that they were visiting Alyson’s parents!
