Meet Ali | Alisandra Photo

  • Featured Friday

are in for a treat this morning… or afternoon. I think 11:45am is still the morning…especially on days when I wake up at 10:30! I don’t get to do that very often but right now I’m at VA Tech visiting my sister and her sweet roomies. So I’m acting like I’m in college again…. checking FB too much, eating cereal at 1am and sleeping in half the day. Ahhhh, it’s so nice. I miss this life! So anyway, back to your treat! You get to meet The FABULOUS Ali Williamson today. Seriously. Ali is one of those girls that you meet  and instantly think “aww… she’s a sweetheart and I secretly want to be best friends”.

And Thanks Lite98!

  • Come to Jazz Nativity!

up since 5:00am….. this NEVER happens. I can’t believe it’s only 9:30! I feel like 1/2 my day has already gone by! It’s crazy!!! So I didn’t wake up at 5am just to see how it would feel (I will never do that). I got up early so that I would be awake enough to sing on Lite98 at 6:45am!! Our church is promoting our annual JAZZ NATIVITY and Lite98 allowed us to come into the station and play a few live songs for their morning show! Woohoo! What an honor! We’re very thankful for their support and for allowing up to have such a huge platform to advertise this event. You may remember me blogging about this LAST YEAR.

  • Wedding Wednesday

we moved in I knew I wanted to do this. It was one of those projects that really wasn’t NECESSARY… but OHHH if we could make it happen, it would transform the living room! When Michael and I got married, we bought a little cape cod in the west end of Richmond and we adore it. When I picture a “first home” type of house… this is exactly what comes to mind. No closet space, hitting shoulders when we’re both trying to brush our teeth in our tiny little bathroom, and a cozy little living room. We love it. It’s so perfect for us right now and despite the fact that we’ve been running out of storage space since before we moved in,
