A Stevenson Ridge Wedding | Fredericksburg Wedding Photographer

  • Brandon + Lisa

The word used to describe this couple throughout their whole wedding day was “light”.  The priest at Brandon and Lisa’s ceremony shared with the congregation that by only meeting with this couples on a couple of occasions, he could tell that they were a couple full of LIGHT. They are leaders and they share an amazing joy with anyone and everyone that comes into their life. I felt this joy the first time I met Lisa. She’s just magnetic. You meet her and you love her. US Virgin Islands | St. Thomas and St. John

  • A Mini Vacation

Michael and I got away for a couple of days.  It was a short trip but it’s amazing how refreshing just two days can be when the only thing you have to do is explore a tropical island!  We arrived in St. Thomas on Thursday and stayed there for two nights. We decided to save some money and stay at the Emerald Isle Best Western instead of The Ritz ha! We relaxed on the beach that evening and started talking about what we could do on Friday! Michael had his heart set on renting a SCOOTER!

I met Jill for lunch and we prepared for the big, HOT day! As soon as we arrived, we were grabbing our bags from the car and Jess’s bridesmaids came out to greet us. It just got better from there. The house was full of excitement and you could just feel the anticipation the whole day! We kept cool until the first look and then the heat wave hit. I was drenched but somehow, Ken and Jess still looked amazing! It was hot but they just kept on going and I thought to myself “I love these two!”. They cared about their portraits
