November 2012

  • The Snapshot

all sound the same… “Where did the time go?!”… “How is it already November?!”….etc, etc. I’ll refrain from exclaiming my shock about how fast this month flew by and I’ll go right into why I’m glad it’s November!! November seems like a CALM month to me. It always has! I think it’s because I feel like it’s the beginning of the holiday season and I know that there will be days full of hanging out in my parent’s living room and doing nothing… and that’s FUN to me! A DIY Country Inspired Wedding | Adam's International School

  • Michael + Laura

She was making her way up the coast and I was worried. She was gaining strength and I thought “Oh dear, if I’m shooting a wedding in the midst of Sandy’s wrath, I’m done for!”. However, Sandy took a different route on Saturday and we were grateful!! The overcast skies were a constant reminder that it could have been raining with strong winds but it wasn’t. It was just an overcast October day. The leaves were still on the trees and it was the perfect day for a wedding!! Michael and Laura were married at the Adam’s International School in Goochland, VA. This is a newer wedding venue and it’s perfect for the DIY bride! …. and even MORE perfect for the DIY COUNTRY bride!
