A Downtown Baltimore Engagement

  • Morgan + Lauren | Engaged

past it a million times. This was a city I never had a reason to stop in. Normally, when I’m driving up north, my destination takes me on the interstate right around Baltimore. I’ve driven past the skyline and have seen the Raven’s and the Orioles stadiums but that’s really all I’ve ever seen of Baltimore….. until Monday! Morgan and Lauren just recently got engaged and I was so excited when Lauren emailed me with the news! Lauren was one of my FIRST coaching clients this year and during our time together she mentioned that she would be getting engaged soon! ….Now, I hear that literally ALL the time. A Bridgewater Engagement

  • Matt + Katherine | Engaged

is about to get REALLY girly REALLY fast!! The amount if pink, orange, & sparkle that’s included in the session makes me happy!! I love it when brides bring props to make their shoot a little extra fun! However, Matt and Katherine didn’t need to bring anything to make their session a blast, they were a JOY to work with!! Such a sweet, fun loving couple and I think Katherine was BORN to smile!! That girl is SO happy, it’s contagious!!!  Between the props and the puppy and the weirdly WARM december weather, we had GREAT shoot!! I met these two at a friend’s property in Bridgewater, VA. The front yard overlooked the valley and

A Charlottesville Engagement | Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard

  • Jonathan + Anna | Engaged

last week I’ve had my 3 final engagement sessions of 2012 and man oh man have I lucked out! The weather has been amazing here in Virginia!! We’re talking 70 degrees in DECEMBER!! That is NOT common! Normally I’m not a fan of warm winter weather but the sunshine really came in handy as I shot these sessions.  Jonathan and Anna probably had the chilliest day but they NEVER complained! I’m so thankful to have clients that care enough about their pictures to withstand the cold for an hour and a half! It was WORTH it!  These two couldn’t have been sweeter. We walked and talked and shot some beautiful images along the property of Pippin Hill.
